MAIN JOB DUTIES
- Assist Systems team with updating our operating software
- Assist with simple updates to dashboards and view creations.
- Create new dashboards.
- Create new views and add to dashboards.
- Create new filters and apply to views.
- Work with the project manager to update roles and permissions if needed.
- Import Openings & Key Systems as needed.
- Assist Inventory monitoring queues for ETA date updates, new parts entered, syncs to QBO, etc.
- Quality Control Systems projects to improve end-user experience
- Quality Control Systems projects to improve end-user experience.
- Test solutions checking for errors and ease of use.
- Verify all roles are working as expected.
- Log all requests coming to Teams/Email into Jira
- Assist with simple requests as able.
- Ensures all requests are acknowledged and followed up on in a timely fashion.
- Assist Systems Team with Project Completion

- Close the loop on project completion, communicating with the team/requestor.
- Attend weekly Systems/Tech meetings to discuss upcoming projects or questions on existing projects.
- Keep audit logs updated.
- Update status in Jira.
- Notify requestors when a project is completed and tested.

Requirements
- More than 3 years of previous work experience
- Exceptional Customer Service skills and experience
- Strong proficiency in the ability to learn new technology
- Ability to determine and improve upon best practices in an efficient manner
- Demonstrated problem-solving and logic skills
- Ability to organize/plan daily time
- Customer-first attitude
- Comfortable working autonomously and/or as part of a team
- Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and DMV record check
- HS Diploma or equivalent
