Field Operations Team

Assured Security is looking for an independent and logical thinker to add to our Field Operations Team. The Field Support Coordinator we are looking for is friendly in nature and looking to support their team in any way necessary. The Field Support Coordinator will help the Field Operations Team organize a daily schedule and at times will need to apply some creative problem-solving in order to do so! Attention to detail is a must when helping coordinate the schedule as well as assisting with additional administrative duties, including monitoring ticket queues and following up with technicians on the status of outstanding tickets. MAIN JOB DUTIES

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and project coordination.
  • Assign service tickets to the appropriate technical resource balancing customers' needs, technicians' abilities, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor open work orders and follow up with technicians as needed.
  • Work with Account Managers to coordinate projects.
  • Provide constructive feedback on current processes and help brainstorm ideas to increase efficiency.
  • Assist with providing support for communication and training on processes.
  • Assist with operations process creation and implementation.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

  • Will provide continual training opportunities.
  • Full-time position M-F 8-5 p.m. (approximately 40 hours per week).
  • Assured Security will provide all technology and tools necessary to support this role.
